Task  To promote pharmacy sales of a new kind of patch for treating scars, the “Hansaplast® Scar Reducer”. To establish the patch as a medically relevant treatment method for scars and increase awareness of the product.

Solution  Develop and realize a certified training course for pharmacists (D/F) in cooperation with the Swiss Chamber of Pharmacists. The training teaches skills in identifying and treating the various types of scars.
